We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("you" or "player"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver seamless multiplayer room hosting and score tracking:

• Account Profile Data: Email address, display name, handle, avatar selection, and game preferences provided during Google Sign-In or Email registration.
• Gameplay Data: Room codes created, XP points earned, streak counts, and custom AI prompt decks generated.
• Device & Usage Technical Info: App version, operating system, and performance crash logs for diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for the following purposes:

• To host real-time 1v1 Duels, 3-Player Trios, and Team Match game rooms.
• To store your XP level and daily streak progress.
• To process Pro subscription access (e.g. ₹99/mo India or $2.99/mo Global).
• To respond to customer support inquiries and security feedback.

4. Zero Third-Party Selling

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase PostgreSQL) with strict Row Level Security.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the app under Settings > Account, Security & Log Out, or by submitting a request on our Data Deletion Request Page.

6. Children's Privacy

NOCAP DECK does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us via our Support Ticket System for immediate removal.
