DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Account Deletion Request
In accordance with Google Play Store Safety Policy and global data protection regulations, users have full control over their account data.
Option 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion
You can instantly delete your account and all associated profile data directly inside the NOCAP DECK mobile app:
- Open the NOCAP DECK mobile app on your Android or iOS device.
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings tab on the bottom menu bar.
- Select 🔑 Account, Security & Log Out.
- Tap 🗑️ Delete Account & Permanent Data Wipe and confirm.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a Data Deletion Request ticket directly through our web portal:
Select category "Data Deletion Request" and provide your registered account email. Upon verification, your profile, XP history, and stored records will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
What Information Will Be Permanently Deleted?
- Your user profile, email address, display name, and avatar.
- All earned XP points, level progression, and match statistics.
- Custom AI deck creations and saved room history.
